VIP Subscription, Code AZK, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how VIP supporter subscriptions, code AZK eligibility, cancellations, refunds, and role access work.

1. VIP Access Requirements

VIP access requires both:

• An active paid VIP subscription; and
• Your linked account actively using affiliate code AZK.

If you are not on code AZK, remove code AZK, switch to another code, or fail code verification, your VIP Discord role and related perks may be suspended or removed even if your subscription remains active.

This condition is part of the VIP subscription offer.

2. Subscription Price and Renewal

The VIP supporter subscription is billed monthly at the amount shown at checkout. The current expected price is $5 per month.

Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

3. What VIP Includes

VIP may include:

• VIP Discord role
• Access to VIP/supporter Discord channels
• Rain or promo-code notifications
• Giveaway eligibility or supporter giveaways
• Other community supporter perks

Features may change over time.

4. What Happens If You Stop Using Code AZK

If your linked account is no longer verified as using code AZK:

• Your VIP role may be removed
• VIP channels or perks may become unavailable
• Your subscription may remain active unless you cancel it
• Access may be restored after you return to code AZK and verification succeeds

Users are responsible for canceling their subscription if they no longer want to meet the code AZK requirement.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals through the billing portal or by contacting support if the portal is unavailable.

Canceling prevents future subscription charges. It does not automatically refund previous payments.

If you cancel, your VIP access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless your access is removed earlier due to code AZK verification failure, community rule violations, chargebacks, fraud, or other eligibility issues.

6. Refunds

Because VIP is a digital community-access subscription, payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins.

However, we may offer a limited courtesy refund if:

• You paid by mistake and contact support within 48 hours;
• You subscribed but were unable to receive access due to a technical issue caused by our system;
• You subscribed without understanding the code AZK requirement and contact support promptly before using VIP benefits; or
• We determine a refund is appropriate under the circumstances.

Refunds are not guaranteed and may be denied if:

• You used VIP benefits during the billing period;
• You stopped using code AZK after subscribing;
• You violated community rules or these Terms;
• You attempted to abuse the system;
• You filed a fraudulent dispute or chargeback; or
• The payment period has substantially passed.

7. Past Due, Failed Payments, and Grace Periods

If a subscription payment fails, VIP access may be suspended, removed, or placed in a grace period depending on system settings.

If payment later succeeds and code AZK verification passes, VIP access may be restored automatically.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute, your VIP access may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.

Fraudulent disputes may result in permanent removal from VIP features or the community.

9. Technical Delays

VIP role updates are automated but may not be instant. Stripe webhook delays, Discord permission issues, API outages, bot downtime, or affiliate-code verification delays may temporarily affect access.

If payment succeeded and you meet the code AZK requirement, allow a few minutes for role synchronization before contacting support.
