These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Azzaker Discord community, VIP subscription services, supporter perks, role automation, bots, dashboards, and related services.
By using the service, joining the Discord server, linking your Discord/Steam/Bandit-related account information, or purchasing a VIP subscription, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of the Service
The service provides community features and optional paid VIP supporter access connected to the Azzaker_Dan Discord community.
VIP supporter access may include Discord roles, access to supporter-only channels, rain/promo-code notifications, giveaways, community tools, and other benefits that may change over time.
VIP access is a subscription-based community perk. It is not a permanent purchase, investment, financial product, gambling product, or guaranteed entitlement to any third-party benefit.
2. Required Conditions for VIP Access
VIP access requires both:
- An active paid VIP subscription; and
- Your linked account remaining actively on affiliate code AZK, where applicable.
If you stop using, remove, switch away from, or fail verification for code AZK, your VIP Discord role and related perks may be suspended, removed, or withheld even if your paid subscription is still active.
VIP access may be restored after your account is verified as using code AZK again, provided your subscription is still active and your account remains in good standing.
This requirement is a material condition of VIP access.
3. Account Linking and Verification
To receive automated VIP access, you may need to link or provide identifiers such as:
- Discord user ID
- Steam ID
- Bandit-related account or affiliate-code status
- Display name or username
You are responsible for keeping your linked accounts accurate. If your Discord ID, Steam ID, or affiliate-code status is incorrect, VIP access may not be granted automatically.
You may not submit another person's account information, impersonate another user, or attempt to receive roles or benefits for an account you do not control.
4. Subscription Billing
VIP subscriptions are billed through Stripe.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing according to the price, billing interval, and terms shown at checkout. The current VIP supporter subscription is expected to be $5 per month, unless otherwise shown at checkout.
You may cancel future renewals through the billing portal or other provided cancellation method. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges unless stated in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5. Changes to VIP Perks
VIP benefits may be modified, added, reduced, renamed, suspended, or removed at any time.
Examples of changes may include modifications to Discord roles, channels, giveaways, bot features, rain/promo-code notifications, eligibility requirements, or supporter perks.
If a material change affects paid access, we will make reasonable efforts to disclose the change.
6. No Affiliation With Third Parties
Azzaker / Azzaker_Dan is not owned by, operated by, endorsed by, or officially affiliated with Discord, Steam, Valve, Stripe, Bandit.camp, or any other third-party platform unless explicitly stated.
Your use of third-party platforms is also governed by those platforms' own terms and policies.
7. Eligibility and Responsible Use
You must comply with all applicable laws and platform rules. If any part of the community involves gambling, wagering, skin betting, or age-restricted activity through a third-party service, you are responsible for ensuring that you are legally permitted to participate in your jurisdiction.
VIP subscription does not grant permission to violate any law, platform rule, or third-party service agreement.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Abuse, exploit, or manipulate bots, verification systems, giveaways, promo systems, or role automation
- Attempt to bypass affiliate-code verification
- Charge back payments fraudulently
- Harass, threaten, or abuse community members or staff
- Use multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
- Sell, transfer, or rent access to VIP roles or community perks
- Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized account information
- Interfere with the operation of the Discord server, bots, API, dashboard, or verification system
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or removal of access without refund, depending on the circumstances.
9. Role Removal and Suspension
Your VIP role or access may be removed if:
- Your subscription becomes inactive, canceled, unpaid, past due, disputed, or refunded
- You stop using code AZK
- Verification fails
- Your linked account is inaccurate or cannot be verified
- You violate community rules or these Terms
- You are banned or removed from the Discord server
- A technical or security issue requires temporary suspension
If access is removed due to code AZK verification failure, access may be restored after successful verification, provided your subscription remains active.
10. Giveaways and Promotional Benefits
Giveaways, rain notifications, promo-code notifications, and similar benefits may have separate rules, eligibility requirements, timing, availability, and limitations.
No giveaway or promotional benefit is guaranteed unless explicitly stated. We may cancel, modify, or restrict giveaways to prevent abuse, fraud, technical issues, or violation of rules.
11. Payments, Chargebacks, and Disputes
If you dispute or charge back a payment, your VIP access may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
Fraudulent disputes, payment abuse, or repeated chargebacks may result in permanent removal from paid features or the Discord community.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free automation, continuous Discord role synchronization, third-party platform availability, or permanent availability of any VIP feature.
Third-party outages, Discord permission issues, Stripe processing delays, affiliate-code verification delays, or API failures may temporarily affect access.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim related to a paid subscription will not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription during the one month before the claim arose, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. You may cancel your subscription to stop future renewals.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail verification, stop using required affiliate code AZK, abuse the system, or create legal, operational, or security risk.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted with a new effective date.
Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
