This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the Azzaker Discord community, VIP subscription system, account-linking features, bots, dashboard, and related services.

1. Information We Collect

Account and Identity Information

  • Discord user ID
  • Discord username or display name
  • Steam ID
  • Steam profile information you provide or link
  • Community display name
  • Internal user ID

Subscription and Billing Information

We use Stripe to process payments. We may store:

  • Stripe customer ID
  • Stripe subscription ID
  • Stripe price/product ID
  • Subscription status
  • Payment status
  • Billing period dates
  • Cancellation status
  • Webhook event IDs and processing logs

We do not store full credit card numbers. Payment details are handled by Stripe.

Affiliate and Verification Information

We may process:

  • Whether your account is verified as using code AZK
  • Verification attempt status
  • Role eligibility status
  • Role grant/removal history
  • Grace period or lapsed status

Discord Role and Community Data

We may process:

  • Discord role state
  • Role grant/revoke records
  • Bot command usage
  • Moderation or access logs
  • Giveaway or promotion eligibility data

Technical Data

  • IP-related server logs where applicable

2. How We Use Information

  • Verify VIP eligibility
  • Confirm code AZK status
  • Process subscriptions
  • Grant or remove Discord roles
  • Provide customer support
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, and duplicate claims
  • Debug webhook, payment, bot, and role-sync issues
  • Maintain security and service reliability
  • Comply with payment, tax, accounting, legal, or platform requirements

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may collect and process payment information according to its own terms and privacy practices.

We store limited Stripe identifiers and subscription status information so our system can verify payment status and automate VIP role access.

4. Information Sharing

We may share or process information with:

  • Stripe for payment processing
  • Discord for role management and bot functionality
  • Hosting, database, infrastructure, analytics, and logging providers
  • Third-party platforms involved in account verification, where applicable
  • Legal, regulatory, or payment-dispute processes if required

We do not sell personal information.

5. Data Retention

We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, maintain accurate billing and access records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and maintain security.

Payment and webhook records may be retained for accounting, dispute, audit, and fraud-prevention purposes.

You may request deletion of certain data, but some records may need to be retained where required for legal, payment, security, or dispute reasons.

6. Your Choices

You may:

  • Cancel your VIP subscription
  • Leave the Discord server
  • Request correction of inaccurate linked account information
  • Request deletion of eligible personal information
  • Request access to information associated with your account

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for securing your Discord, Steam, Stripe, and other linked accounts.

8. Children and Age-Restricted Use

The service is not intended for users who are not permitted to use the relevant platforms or participate in related activities under applicable law.

If any connected third-party activity is age-restricted, you are responsible for complying with age and jurisdiction requirements.

9. International Users

Your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

By using the service, you understand that your information may be processed outside your location.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a new effective date.
